R - Remove All Distractions

Remove distractions... If you are going to eat what you like, you should enjoy EVERY bite! Don't sit in front of the TV or your desk at work and inhale what's in front of you without tasting it. And if you are in front of the TV, or at your desk at work...make a consious effort and tell yourself to eat slowly and enjoy each bite. Let's talk here about how removing distractions while you eat leads to Losing With P.R.I.D.E

D - Drink Water, All day, Everyday

Drink water. All day, every day. There's no doubt about it. Water is just plain GOOD for you! And it helps to curb hunger. Drink a tall glass while making dinner....or waiting for dinner in a restuarant. Continue drinking (water or whatever beverage you choose with your meal) between bites of food! This will help your to feel full! Let's talk here about how drinking water everyday helps to lead us to Losing With P.R.I.D.E
