Don't Blink, by Kenny Chesney, It made me think of my weight loss efforts and how I started this journey about 1 year ago and had a health scare that interupted me and my efforts causing me to go back to old habits ... anyways... I was thinking... if I had stayed strong losing with pride throughout this whole past year I would be at my goal by now. It just amazes me that a whole year has gone by... time passes way to quickly.. and if I keep that in mind getting to my goal is really not that far away!!! It will be here before I know it :) My favorite part of the song as far as motivating me to lose is this...
