One of my favorite places to eat on the road is at Subway. And my favorite 6” sandwich is:

Hearty Italian BMT, no cheese, with tomato, salt, pepper, and heavy oregano (no other veggies). I make sure that they put the tomato on before toasting. To me, this tastes almost like a stuffed pizza. Give it a try sometime - it's real good!
