When we were kids, we didn't excercise. We just went outside and played. And that was enough.
Try to workout with that in mind. Try to find a form of excercise which is so fun that you actually look forward to doing it, and you actually feel bad when you don't get to do it.

dance class
karate class
a real actual outdoor fresh air bike ride
play catch with your kid(s)
play frisbee with your kid(s)
play tag with your kid(s)
tennis
racketball
basketball
remember...you don't actually have to excel in any of these activities, just try to enjoy them!
