I'm not sure if this is a tip or not....but just a thought on the subject....
I think nowadays even fast food joints have healthy selections.
After the gym tonight...I was feeling so good about my workout, I didn't want to blow it. Also, it was late and I was hungry. McDonalds is on the way home and I went through to see what I could get.
My dinner was GREAT! And I feel full and very satisfied!
I got a grilled chicken snack wrap (no dressing...just chicken, lettuce and a little cheese in a wrap) And a Fruit & Walnut Snack (That's what it's called)
The wrap was good...not too big and tasty. And the snack was YUMMY!
It had apples and grapes...and a small side of vanilla yogurt and an even smaller side of walnuts. Sweet, salty & tangy. A VERY yummy treat!
So....when you have to run through a drive through....look for the healthier selections...there WILL be some!
And remember....drink ALOT in between your bites of food!
