Okay...I noticed I forgot to do last week's weigh in....
I had gained 3 pounds...but I KNEW some of that was water retention (ladies would know why)
Then....the same day after weigh in, I stubbed my toes on a metal crate and thought my pinky toe could even be broken. It swelled and bruised and I couldn't wear my sneakers for almost a week! So...I figured todays weighin would not be great...but hopefully would at least be back to where I was (as I worked out hard all this week to try to catch up)
Well..I lost the 3...plus 3 more!
I was happy with that!
