| Do you use weights to work out?
I haven't started any weight training... I'm thinking I should though cuz I'm thinking that will help with sagging skin that comes with losing lots of weight. | |

| I haven't yet either...but from everything I read we should!! Muscle mass burns fat! We have to try incorporating that. It's just hard to find the time! When you're so limited with time, for me I feel like I need to get that cardio in. But very soon I'm going to try throwing in some time every other day. Maybe shorten the cario to 20 minutes and do 10 minutes of weights, focusing on one area each time. How's that for a plan? | |

| Sounds like a good plan :) I think I'm going to start a few exercises for my arms holding weights as I'm watching tv tonight :) As soon as I put my laptop aside of course LOL :) | |
